Cynara Care es la solución de historia clínica electrónica que Futurs construye y evoluciona. Es una historia clínica modulable, pensada para cubrir desde necesidades específicas hasta dar respuesta global a la actividad clínica y administrativa generada en un clúster de salud. Cynara Care ofrece una solución transversal para una red de centros y hospitales, maximizando la integración entre los niveles asistenciales.

Funcionalmente, Cynara Care refleja la experiencia acumulada por los profesionales de los departamentos de salud gestionados por el grupo Ribera para mejorar la solución, aprovechando el escenario de “living lab” que conforman sus centros.

Algunos de los pilares clave en su diseño son la gestión de procesos, la orientación al paciente y a los resultados. Cynara Citizen is the key to telemedicine, developed in a safe environment and whose app allows patients to have a digital channel which links them to healthcare professionals.

Through this platform, patients can access contents such as clinical reports, they can manage their appointments, communicate through online chats or video conferences with their physicians, as well as receive personalized public health campaigns. Additionally, in Cynara Citizen, professionals can communicate with their patients, set out personalized plans, and proactively follow up their patients’ clinical procedures.

Cynara Citizen provides a new focus on the relationship between patients and healthcare professionals. It enables the provision of personalized and committed assistance. In Cynara Intelligence, users have different dashboards with PowerBI Technology, as well as analytical and consolidated information from different data origins that show KPIs defined by the organization.
